We invest in, operate and asset manage hotels, aligning capital and operations to drive long-term value.
Our approach to hotel investment combines investment discipline, hands-on hotel operations and active asset management within a single platform, allowing us to remain closely aligned with performance, execution and outcomes throughout the investment lifecycle.
INVESTMENT APPROACH
INVESTMENT
We invest in UK hotels with resilient underlying demand, identifiable operational upside and a clear route to long-term value creation. Our focus is principally on branded, rooms-led hotels where active ownership, operational improvement, repositioning or disciplined capital investment can materially improve performance.

EXPERIENCE & TRACK RECORD
Since 2012, Hetherley has operated, invested in and asset managed hotels across the UK on behalf of institutional investors, private owners and joint-venture partners.
Our experience spans 31 hotels, more than 5,100 bedrooms and £540m+ of hotel assets, including individual hotels and complex multi-asset portfolios.
We have worked with leading international hotel brands, including IHG and Accor, as well as independent hotel platforms, across a range of ownership, operating and investment structures.
Our track record combines investment insight, operational capability and active asset management, enabling us to assess opportunities from both an investor’s and an operator’s perspective.
